I have a Batrochoglanis raninus (Bumblebee Catfish) and so does a friend of mine. I want corys and a friend of mine has corys but they are in a different tank from the bumbelebee. When the BB cat is full grown (8 inches) will he try to snack on corys? I was looking at some panda corys and was wondering if they would be safe with this guys, about 3 of the corys.

I've kept this fish long ago, and I've never seen any reach 8", 5-6" is more likely.

But a 5 1/2" that I had could easily swallow a fully grown 3" Black Molly female!
Usually South American cats seem to "know" Cory's are inedable, but it's still a bit risky. Maybe if they grew up together?

To stay on the safe side; a fish like that is better combined with Hoplo's; it'll give you more sleep.....
