Help IDing this Ancistrus (if possible)

New here. I bought 4 of these guys off aquabid as L213s but I'm not convinced. I wanted some small "starlight like" ancistrus for my discus tank and these guys were cheap even with shipping. Anyhow they hide alot so decent pics are difficult but I will try to take more if needed. They have 7 dorsal spines (I think again hard to count) if that helps. I know I may never find out for sure what they are but figured it does not hurt to ask.

One candidate is
(but there are several others).
A clear photo showing the rays in the dorsal fin will rule in/out the
A. dolichopterus.

Here are some more. I don't think they are L183s as there is only a small bit of white on the tail fin(some havemore some havea small bit like this guy).

I'm counting 7 rays, so that knocks A. dolichopterus right out.

those guys are really hard to identify.there is a lot of different ancistrus "spoty" variations.the 184 has 7 rays,but the spots are to small.. maybe 182? by the way,crossbreeding is another problem in ancistrus species.it makes it even harder to identify
,so it possibly might be a hybrid.

We have just ruled out L183 (
A. dolichopterus), but yes, there are several others.
To original poster: What makes you think they are NOT
? I'm not saying it IS L213, just want to understand what characteristics makes you say it isn't.
Edit: I'm pretty sure it's not L107/L184 - they have larger, more separated spots.

L213 are a flat but wide ancistrus...kinda like L34....also they have a light blue color to the spots that don't show up well in pictures. The tail also has small trailers when they are in good shape. HTH

Mainly looking at the tail, dorsal and pec fins of fish in the cat-e-log, but those are adults and mine are juvies. I was just curious if an ID was possible.
