Aluminum cat (Chrysichthys cf. nigrodigitatus i think) pics!

I've had this cat for quite a while and periodically post pics of it.. It's been growing but not as much as i'd like, probably because of my tank size. I realy think I need to sell it soon, because of this.
AAAAnyways, here are some pics. Sorry for the quality, but the cat NEVER comes out unless its pitch black.

I really think it's impossible to get correct ID before revision of genus. I have many of these, some of them looks just like your fish but I can't tell you for sure which species it is.

I'm not really lookin for an i.d. anymore because as you mentioned the whole system is a mess regerding this genus, and no matter what species i have its gonna get big. I just thought i'd update everyone on the fish since it seemed like a topic of interest when i first got it and posted pictures. I probably shouldve posted in tank talk but i hope the pictures were appreciated anyway!

I like the second set of pics. I always appreciate any single thread on any fish when the thread spans some length of time, say, with annual or semi-annual or quarterly updates, growth info, behavior and diet changes, illnesses, whatever interesting and educational for the rest of us.
