Pimelodus ornatus growth rate

Hi everybody I just got a nice ornate pim and was curious about the growth rate so if anybody could help that would be great!
You mentioned elsewhere that yours is already big. How big?
Usually, starting from ~3" TL, these guys will show a quick growth, perhaps reaching ~8" TL in the first year, YMMV. After that, it will take a few years to put on the remaining several inches and they will grow much more in bulk and height - just like most other fishes from the Pimelodus genus that max out at roughly a foot TL.
