Error When Uploading Pictures

Encountered this error multiple times when trying to upload different images. My internet seems fine at the moment as I am presently downloading a few files.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
