Hey i have a small problem i had 5 corydoras paleatus but 2 have died of so i only got 3 lonely ones, they have been the 3 of them for about 3 month now and i know i need to get a few more but i have never had the money for some more. (I am a student that studies at collage level so i barely have money for food at the end of the month so hard to save money for fish at this time) The real problem i have is that were i live they have stopped the intake of my corydoras so i can't get a new set of them so i wonder if i can mix species and they will be happy again and not so lonely as they are now.
I love the paleatus more then any other species but if i can't get it i have to live with it so thats why i wonder if i can mix and they will feel a lot more happier then they do right now.
I can get Corydoras aeneus 'black', Corydoras aeneus (one i will not get but i can, don't like this species not as good looking as the others) Corydoras Sterbai , Corydoras julii, Corydoras panda and Albino(in my country most albinos are Paleatus but sometimes they are Aeneus)
Are some of these not able to mix if it's okey to mix certain species of corydoras?
