Novia Bombero?

I was just at the LFS and saw some cats that I liked. They are called "novia bombero". I was also told that these were the relatives of "novia pijuayo". What are they? I really don't know what these are. They sort of looked like Tatia cats. Does anyone have more information? maximum size, diet and compatible tank mates? Thanks as always.
Regards,
Mike D.

These are
Centromochlus (or maybe
Tatia). I have seen
C. perugiae sold as "novia feliz". They should stay under 3".

Yup that's right. Bombero even in Filipino (Philippine language) means the same thing, Fireman. I still don't know why these fish were called such, though.

Mike,
If these are indeed
C. perugiae, remember to check out
Achim's article on breeding these fish.
