Don't forget to feed your Pleco, or else!

I have a beautiful Sail-fin pleco.
(I am not sure exactly which kind, but she is a Pterygoplicthys for sure. (She has grown from 2 inches to 7 inches in 4 months and she must have at least 14 rays in her beautiful dorsal fin.)

So anyway, I didn't give her a wafer before bedtime one night. (She had been eating very well all day!)
I'm almost asleep, and I hear a loud CRACK!

Fortunately, the tank was fine; however she did snap the temperature adjustment knob off the top of her heater! ~X(
I'm glad she likes 80 degrees F. She also loves those Hikari wafers!

So take warning my friends, and don't forget to feed your Pleco! =))

She's only 7 inches long now, but I think she may get to be 19 to 24 inches. :-SS Yikes, that is scary! X_X

TRY feeding with organic cucumber /courgette .or source from local market.been feeding my bristle noses and common plecs like this for years. BRISTLE noses breading on "batch 3" seem happy enough.
