Can someone please help me. I have had albino bn breed a couple of times now. I catch the fry and put them in a floating fry tank, but after about three/four weeks they die for no reason at all, can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong. I have had more fry now, shall I just leave them alone in my 240ltr tank. I did have shrimps in my tank but I have moved them out now. The water all tests great. Please help I am totally gutted.

Either the fry tank is not providing good enough water quality or enough food. Without further details, it's hard to say which, but it's not that an unusual case.
Is there something in the tank that will eat the fry if you leave them in there? If not, try just letting them be.

My experience is 3-4 weeks is way too long; I have usually moved them out before then. They should've outgrown that space. The bigger ones will start outcompeting the smaller ones too. Furthermore you have to keep up with the cleanliness of breeding traps or you'll lose fry as well.

Thank you everyone, I will leave my new ones where they are. There were ghost shrimp in there which I have moved to another tank.

Is your tank bare bottom or is there gravel or some other media?
