Help sexing these zebs

Hi there. I`m new to planet catfish and was looking for a bit of help sexing these zebs. I`ve kept fish for many years and moved into plecs a few years ago and been offered a choice of 4 of these and unsure about the sex of them. Can anyone help? Also whats he best ratio, 2m 2f or 1m 3f? Will post other pic on another thread. Forgot to say all the fish are around 3 inces plus.Thanks all.

Hi Dave looking by the pictures
The first a def Female and a belter well fat and round and in good shape.
Second def Big male
Third male aswel
All are well at themselves and in good condition
