Help some of my Ancistrus have red on their pectoral fins

My some of my BNP have red 1/4 to 1/2 way down on their pectoral fins. Does anyone know what this is and how to cure it on Ancistrus

here are 2 of my plecos with rthe red on the pectoral fins

I have it on both male and female and they dont have any torn fins

Its from fighting vin. Mine get that a lot. Females can fight eachother too. Especially if you have a bunch in a tank

I don't think so. At least not my case or half my plecs would be dead. Once I moved out some of the plecs with other groups the fighting stopped and so did the red fins. But, I could be wrong in your case this is just my own experience.

Posting your phone number on an open forum is a good plan, if you want to receive hundreds of telemarketer calls a day...

Septicemia would be in the tissue, not on the edges. They are fighting.
