erm a quick google search resulted that your option is L41...which would be a fish from Fr.Guyana. WHich would be the first thing why its not L41 and then second L41 looks totally different.
Looking at the pic i think HH is right (as always). As peckoltia dont have keels on the tailbase.

Don't think so, too many rays in the dorsal fin + what has already been mentioned...
