Hi,
I'm very much new to this, and the name of these fellas weren't given when I bought them.
So I was wondering if anyone could help identify them
Thanks in advance

Upper fish Corydoras trilineatus, lower fish is C. brevirostris a close relative of C. melanistius, the latter does not have caudal fin baring.

Rusty,
C. melanistius and C. brevirostris were as you say regarded as sub-species until Isbruecker raised them to full species status in 2000.
C. delfax is also a close relative.

Nah, C. delphax has a pointy snout. The fish above has a rounded snout.
