Difficult to say. They look still quite young and body shape isn't the best thing to go by at this age in my experience.

Actually, looking at this again on a computer, rather than phone, it seems they are adult. The one on the left (with his nose in the corner) is definitely a male (based on head shape and 'hairy' back). The next two look like females (75% certain) and the last two I wouldn't want to say but leaning towards male for one and female for the other.

Your 3 inch Peckoltia compta are large enough to breed.
I've had my own F1 generations spawn as young as 24 months, give or take a couple months.
Young breeders had smaller sized broods than my older, original, wild specimens did.
15 to 20 fry vs 25 to 35 fry.
The males don't always have obvious odontodes. It can depend on their age, condition and season. Young adults are not the easiest of plecos to sex for me despite my extensive success breeding them.
My colonies usually began spawning from late February to March then wound down towards the end of September. I've had them spawn many dozens of times resulting in approximately 800 salable juveniles. Mine only spawned a couple times in the winter. The few winter spawns resulted in only 2 to 4 fry.
I know that other breeders have had different experiences and individual styles of maintenance may account for different results.
I've had to quit breeding fish because of health problems.
If there is one "secret" to breeding these and most fish it is expending a lot of effort towards excellent maintenance year around.
Best of success to you!
