Whiptail i.d.

I realize it's a bit of a long shot to think that I can get an i.d. on this little guy without knowing exactly where he came from, but maybe someone can help me out. He's about 4"SL at the moment, and definitely has a lot of tiny bristles/spines growing over the back of his head and his pectoral fins. The pics are pretty big if you enlarge them.
