31: Problem with front page links using "Cat-eLog" image updates

Hi Jools,

Sorry, but here's one more {and maybe it's already been reported; if so, then my apologies :-)}

From the front page, when the Cat-eLog image updates are displayed, their links seem to be intact. For example, when I hover over the new image for , the proper link (http://www.planetcatfish.com/synodontis_decorus) appears in the status bar at the lower left area of the screen (see first photo).

However, if I click on that link, I am directed to a different page http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/sub ... ily_id=174 and end up at the page shown in the second photo.

Cheers, Eric

Same issue from selecting a fish from Cat-eLog -> L Numbers -> then select a L Number.
I selected L270

the text under the menu items at top of page reads:
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions.php on line 5156: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [ROOT]/includes/functions.php:3845)
and this is repeated 3 times.

Cheers

Good spot, this is the first example of me fixing something and it breaking something else. Anyway, there is what is known as a URL redirect at play. What it does is take a URL like http://www.planetcatfish.com/L204 and translate it into the species page. That example works for common names, but you can also do things like www.planetcatfish.com/rita or www.planetcatfish.com/bagridae. Google webmaster tools also emailed me to say that several thousand links had gone south overnight, so I looking into it with my 1st coffee of the day this morning!

It is now fixed. Thanks again guys, I know this phase is a PITA, but if I didn't do this now, we'd be halfway through 2015 before I got to it (earliest).

Cheers,

Jools
