Yep. That is one cute, chubby Medusa.
How old is she? Of you don't mind me
Asking?

I got her in October, wild-caught, so who knows how old she is (other than adult). She chooses to go by the male's cave to get to the food (you can see his tail sticking out of the cave). He then whacks her with his tail, she retreats, and then trys again. This can go on for quite some time

I think it is a male because the head is broader then de belly, and that in combination with the big bristles, i think its a male to me.
I now L255 females has big bristles like L184 females have, but i think the bristles on the above picture are a bit to big.

I'm far from an expert; just going on the seller's word. They were sexed by venting rather than appearance.

How secretive are these? And what do you feed them?

These were wild caught so they're pretty reclusive. But the tank is next to my computer and the caves and driftwood are positioned so I can see what they're up to (or not). I feed them at the front of the tank so hunger occasionally overcomes caution

I feed them Repashy Soilent Green, Spawn & Grow, Super Green, Community Plus, fresh veggies, & occasional frozen bloodworms and daphnia. They have 4 baby long-fin BNs in the tank with them, just to show them that they don't have to hide all the time
