L066?

Hi, I bought a used aquarium and it came with a catfish. it is about 10 cm and 6 years, Is it a L066? if yes. Is it a female? thanks for help 
Reticulations look too fine for L066 to me. I want to say L260 but the spots on the belly don't seem correct for that one either.
Definitely a Hypancistrus and from the looks of the odontodes on the pectoral fins a likely male.
