What is wrong with my Corydoras pygmaeus?

I have a big problem in my aquarium and I hope that someone can help me.

This morning I discovered that one of my Corydoras pygmaeus was not well. By closer inspection, I saw that he was swollen and had a big bloody area on his side. He was hanging between the floating plants, could hardly swim anymore and was sometimes swimming upside down. I knew right away that something was seriously wrong and I decided to put him out of his misery to end his suffering. Before I did this I took a few pictures, because I know they can be very important in determining the problem.

Here they are

Some info on the aquarium:

- Temp: 25°C/77°F, ph= 7, kh= 5, gh= 7, no2= 0, I do a app. 25% water change every two weeks

- Aquarium: Juwel Rio125 81x36x50 cm and 125L or 31,8x14,2x19,7 inch and 33 gallon
- Substrate: black sand, Filter: Juwel internal filter, tankmates: 8 Pseudepiplatys annulatus, 4 Hyphessobrycon roseus, 11 (now 10) Corydoras pygmaeus, 1 False L144/ Ancistrus sp4. The aquarium is running since last Februari.

This is the current situation and the first time one of the cory's is affected, but the problems started in the beginning of last month. On July 17th, I bought 10 Hyphessobrycon roseus/Yellow phantom tetra. Two weeks later I discovered that one of the tetra's had a big wound.

I thought he was bitten or hurt himself, until a few days later I discovered another tetra with a wound at the same spot. I almost started a treatment for worms, when later that evening (August 5th) one of the tetra's lost a big part of it's tail fin. The next morning this fish was dead, with his fin completely gone. I immediately started a treatment for bacterial infections (Sera Baktopur). Two days later another tetra died, without any visible symptoms. A few days after that, I discovered that one of the tetra's had a strange growth on his mouth area.

The 'gap' is not it's mouth; it has a white sort of growth on it's 'chin'.

Eventually all the sick tetra's died. I have 4 left and the are doing reasonably well considering the circumstances. Because the last fish died almost two weeks ago, I thought the worst was behind me, until I discovered the sick cory this morning.

The strange thing is, that it looks like I'm dealing with all kinds of different illnesses, the wounds (worms?), the problem with the fins and the mouth area (Columnaris or Fin/mouth rot?) and now the swollen and red belly area (Dropsy?).

I have absolutely no idea what to do anymore.
I hope someone can help me and this will be very much appreciated!!
