There seems to be a bug whenever I update my aquaria page for my L397 tank, it doesn't happen with any of my others though, if it helps resolve it I can write out or photograph exactly what comes up on my screen.

Hi Teresa,

Both of these will help the admins troubleshoot for you. If any error message appears, save a screenshot of it or take a picture of it and upload that. The more info you give them, the easier it is for them to find the error and resolve it. If there are any weird behaviors of the page as you interact with it, write that out - narrate that - as accurately as possible.

Cheers, Eric

Can you use your mouse to highlight the error message, then copy the text and paste it into another post here?

Never mind, I recreated the error and obtained this:

Unfortunately not, my laptop is not connected to the Internet just yet so its all smartphone and tablets i used my smartphone to take a picture of my tablet, ut I can write it if it's not clearly seen. It seems what you've recreated is the possible problem.

Thanks for helping out, laptop is not yet connected as I need to move tank catfish are in. Wont let the company be driling holes through the wall in the room the tank is in, it would probably upset them. Lol.

Ok, I think I know what is causing this. Will have a look at it when I've next got some computer time. Hopefully this week.

Cheers

I've made a minor change which I can't really test, but could you try it out and report back please?

Cheers,

Jools

Thanks Jools, I just made a small adjustment to update it and then resaved it. Seems like it's been sorted out now.
