Hi All,

This comming Sunday the 14 th. is the CSG's December meeting, we bring this meeting forward a week so that it doesn't interfere with your Christmas shopping.

That said this meetings entertainment I have titled "The Flooded Forest & You". Intrigued! Good, now all you have to do is come along and find out what it is all about. It will be an interesting program. Not only that, but as is our tradition we will provide you all with a FREE Hot Pot. So don't be late, the meeting starts at 1.00 pm sharp. Honest!

Looking forward to seeing you

Ian

Bearing in mind that The Flooded Forest is one of the best pieces of aquatic wildlife filming I've ever seen, I'll be there.

Jools,
Let me know if you find a copy. Mine is a VHS copy that is wearing out. Did you try the National Geo website? I should do this too.

Thanks Jools,
I was not sure if Ian was offering stolen pots and pans or high grade marijuana. And they say we all speak English...

Shane,

We'll have a special 'Hot Pot' made just for you.

All CSG members.

Talking of which, Sunday's meeting was good, with a turn out of eighteen members it did not take verl long to complete the business in hand, which was to assemble and pack the magazine ready for dispatch. There's a couple of sachets of the new Tetra 'Pleco Wafers' for you to try, compliments of Tetra UK. I would ask that you try them and let mr know what you think, I can then give Tetra some genuine feed back on the product. I think its the least we can do for a company that is giving real support.

OK bact to Sunday's meeting, once the magazines had been all packed and ready to go it was 'Hot Pot' time and very enjoyable it was too, a mince pie and cream then ointo the main programe which took the form of two video's, the first showing the the seasonal changes of the Rio Negro, from an above and below water prostective. The second video was what must now be a clasic and was Micheal Goldings 'The Flooded Forest'. Those of you that couldn't make it to the meeting will no doubt get chance to see these again in the future.

Such was the responce from the members attending Sunday's meeting, we have already decided to show two more videos once the business has been concluded at the the of the next meeting, which just happens to be the AGM. Yes I know the AGM, well if you don't come i'll be here again to tell you what you've missed.
