Bought this group of 6 at the weekend to stock a "resurrected tank" they were my contribution, the GF &/ her son picked the rest.

After 48 hours, very happy with my new group, they were labelled as corys and for £24 for the 6 for such large specimens I did not want to ask any more questions.

They are already "dancing" in the tank and seem very happy.

Would love to know the experts view on what exactly they are, I have looked but cannot make up my mind. Any guidance much appreciated

with this picture I guess it's (close to) impossible to get a positive ID.
I would rather exclude Corydoras leucomelas and Corydoras agassizii but there are certainly more options than the proposed 4 species.
With a better picture we might be able to exclude more or even give a positive ID...
