In the middle of the night my sun catfish jumped out of the tank, I woke up because something was wrong and when I got downstairs he was on the floor, unsure how long he had been there but in really bad shape, got him breathing normally again with some help but his fins seem to be stuck and he can't swim because of it and I'm not sure what to do?

Just leave him, preferably in quarantine/quiet situation so other fish cant hurt him while he is recovering. The fish should eventually 'shed' the old slime coat with a new one and it should recover just fine. Hopefully it didn't crack its skull hitting the floor.
