What is this catfish?

What kind of catfish is it, please ?

Seems to be a small species of a Panaque but there are several of them looking very similar, maybe some one else can help you better.
Try to take a new photo and not so close with his dorsal fin up and also so we can see the tail fin better.

Janne is correct that it is a small male Panaque. A side view photo showing the caudal and dorasl fins would help. Looks like it is probably P. changae (L 226 or LDA 26), but I would need a good side view to be sure.

panaque sp 271 could be another option.
PS under "normal" aquarium lighting they don't look like the example in the catelog.

Hi!
Considering the head pattern I would rather say L02.
I used to have a female of that species. They belong to the Panaque dentex species group. They do not grow over 10cm/4in long

Well, it's certainly a male! I would agree with Yann and go for an adult male L002.
