Low waste, high waste....

Trying to reorganize my tanks, and I know that I have several high-waste producers (my plecos, mainly), but that cardinals, cories, and rasboras are generally low waste producers....right?
Here's what my plans are. Please say if they should be editted.
20 gallon, planted
1 amano shrimp
2 female bristlenose plecos
7 cardinal tetras
9 emerald-eyed rasboras
5 bronze cories
1 female molly
20 gallon long, also planted
1 male bristlenose pleco
1 female bristlenose pleco
10 pygmy cories
1 male betta (a future addition)
Right now, the emerald-eyed rasboras are in the 20 long. I'd like to move them, as I never see them due to the sheer jungle in this tank!
