Message Outbox

If I have two messages in my outbox, does it mean they're sitting there because the recipients haven't read them? Or they're sitting there because for some reason they haven't been sent? D.

Messages will sit in your Outbox until the recipient reads them. Once read, they move to your Sent Box.
