I current have a male brown short fin and would like to know if he would breed with a female albino long fin?
What kind of fry should I expect?

Yes. Brown shortfins, which are albino and longfin carriers.

That's with the assumption that the brown short fin male is homozygous for both traits, right? If the brown shortfin already has some other genes, you might get some different results.
I bred a LF albino female with a red short fin male, and the fry were all brown and about 50/50 longfin/shortfin. Breeding this generation together is throwing Brown, Red, Alibino, and dirty red offspring in both standard and longfin. Fun!
