hi was wondering if someone could tell me what the personal gallery is and it's use? how do i use it?

The gallery is currently just used for the planet catfish photo contest. We're in the process of customizing the new script for the photo contest, so that option will probably disappear soon, or at least show that it's disabled. Sorry for the confusion
