Ng, H.H. 2018. Under an assumed name: the identity of (Popta, 1904) clarified (Actinopterygii: Siluriformes). Vertebrate Zoology, 68(1): 39-45.

Abstract Nanobagrus fuscus is redescribed on the basis of fresh material collected from the Mentaya River drainage, Borneo. The identity of material from central Sumatra, the Malay Peninsula and western Borneo previously identified as this species is reidentified here as N. torquatus.

Good work @Silurus! I see we have nothing in the catelog for N. fuscus - would it be possible to get the image from the paper so I can split it out for the database?
