Hi, sorry by my english.
Why C. trilineatus? What the main diferences from C. trilineatus and C.julii?

Corydoras trilineatus is just so much more common than
C. julii and so it's more likely that you have the former. Telling them apart may not be easy, unless you know exactly where they were caught. See

Hi!
I would also think it is a trilineatus because the black marks are like little lines and no spots...
But your fish does show very interesting pattern that can make him be taken for a Julii....
