Hi,

When I was editing a species I am keeping in the 'my fish' section it says I am the only keeper of all my species!!! I then had a look at a few of the pleco species sheets for species I am keeping and it says there are xxx keepers but doesn't list them and it asks if I would like to add that species to my cats.

Hi Darren,

Maybe this is fixed; I don't see what you're seeing. When I look at a CLOG page, yes the list of keepers has disappeared, but really it hasn't. Rather, it is hidden (I presume to clean up the page for species like common BNs with lots of keepers) and there is now a link to "view all "my cats" data.". Click the link and all the keepers opens separately.

Are you experiencing something different?

Indeed. I am also changing around how this, the blog, wishlist and spotter pages work. More progress tomorrow I hope!

What I had not considered is that if you are keeping that species then the link to add it should not appear. The link was always there at the top of the species data page, but because it's now down with the other "My Cats" info, I can see the confusion. I'll look to see if I can change it to something along the lines of "You're already keeping this species" or similar.

Hi Eric and Jools. Thanks for the clarification on the registered keepers. Yes I can now see that they are all there but hidden and it makes sense to hide them for commonly kept species.

It still says I am the only keeper of each species under the 'my fish' page but it sounds like this is being sorted.

Ah, yes I see the same thing. Apparently the system doesn't allow our personalized "My Fish" (My Cats) pages to display the tally of registered keepers for the species.

I'm getting the same thing, also i can't go on my aquaria or breeding pages. It goes to a link page that says something about a bug.

I didn't check my BLOG pages, but I did check My Aquaria and I also got an error:

Yes thats it, i'm sure it will be worked out soon i hope. I just got a new 2ft tank and eager to update my aquaria list haha

OK, so got to the bottom of this. I had reset all the totals per species of keepers (and breeders). As soon as anyone visits a species page, the totals will be set correctly. This will also now total wishes and spots for the new sections.

The whole enhancement is now about 80% complete.

Just tested it. As you explain, the behavior now is that it doesn't reset on My Cats page until I visit the CLOG page for each species.

Right now, all of My Cats say I'm the only keeper. But after I click on the CLOG page for one species, then return to the My Cats page, the number of keepers is updated. But the other species listed on my My Cats page remain at "I'm the only keeper" until I visit those CLOG pages too.

Yes, or someone else does, or indeed google or another 'bot wanders over the site and updates everything. It'll resolve in a few days.

Neat comparison table!

Yes nice table showing everything and all the numbers.
When i go to my fish and click on "show all keepers" it comes up with "Undefined or incorrect mode, please report this error".
But i can click on actual name of fish go to catelog page then see all the keepers of the fish. But when i go back to my fish page it still does the same thing.
It however doesn't say i'm the only keeper like i think it did before.
