Is my tank suitable for a zebra?

Hi,
I have read all the info on the zebra from this site, and I think my tank would be suitable, but would just like any advice from you guys!
I have a 360L tank and an external filter that turns the tank water over about 4 times an hour. Water chemistry: ammonia and nitrites 0, nitrates between 10 - 20mg/L, pH 8.0, GH 16 & temp 25. I do weekly water changes of around 25%. My other fish: 8 rainbows, 8 danios, 1 south american puffer, 4 horsehead loaches, 1 ghost knife, 1 sturisoma and 1 spotted dora (rarely seen!).
Do you think a zebra pleco would thrive under these conditions?
Thanks in advance.
