Are you sure you are not able to have YouTube automatically generate subtitles (closed caption) in English? I just tried this with one of my videos and I see Polish subtitles... Of course, I have no idea if the YouTube translation is displaying the correct words.

IMHO translate Polish language to english subtitles in good quality (automatically) is impossible.

I seek in Youtube help and now i know that Polish language cannot generate english subtitles.
French, German and others - yes - but polish in this moment - no.

FYI Translation to Polish doesn't show for me either.
