I suspect it is a Leporacanthicus type, although the spotting pattern is unusual. I know that from time to time people find very uniquely spotted fish, or perhaps this has been bred for color. But perhaps it's my imagination, but I see hints of L. triactis in it also. If not a natural form, perhaps a hybrid?

This link appears to be the source of that photo. https://aquafin.jp/blog/?p=49765

If Google Translate works, the website appears to say:
Fire dot dragon special individual 6.7 cm ¥ 98,000
This year's Colombia ... An unknown repo lacantics [I presume that is supposed to read, "Leporacanthicus"] that I have never seen is coming. The degree of mosaic of the hybrid that seems to have changed the river to be collected. Well, this unknown kind, as you can imagine, seems to be a natural hybrid of Tiger Fin Satan and Super Black Dragon Star. However, the normal mega dragon is closer to Tiger Fin Satan, and many snake patterns stand out, and white to light pink individuals can be seen. By the way, this special individual, the most notable point is in this distorted spot and the color of the fire dot trim burrs. The pattern is closer to the Super Black Dragon, but the color is Tiger Fin Satan. It's small in size, but I think it's a masterpiece that anyone who understands can understand. ↓
From the website, I cannot tell if they are saying they think this is merely a beautiful wild caught fish, or if they think it is a naturally formed hybrid between two species in the wild (one being ). As far as the other possible parent source, maybe or ? Both of these L-numbers have photos here of juveniles with larger spots, and both originate in approximately the same area as L. triactis.

Cheers, Eric
