STERBAI CORYDORAS White Mucus

Just wondering if you ever came across an issue with Sterbai Corydoras that have an issue with excessive Mucus/ Fungus seems to be an issue with these fish on the last few years that not much is known , whether it's the source supply I don't know this issue was asked in the
As stated before : this seems to be a Sterbai-issue and we don't exactly know what is causing it.

Practical Fishkeeping Magazine mentioned Gyrodactylus as possible cause but I am not sure. They didn't really answer it is be interested to hear your views or if you came across this also mentioned was Epistylis

I have had the odd fish with the same issue and only with Sterbai cory.

Seems to be the Covid of Sterbai Corydoras
