Rescue cory not gaining weight

I have 7 albino aenus corydoras. 2 were from an owner surrender at the LFS. After a month those two are still seeming pale/thin compared to my 5. Do they need more time or is something amiss? One of the owner surrenders was missing some fin parts and half her barbels. Pic of my plump cory and the rescue for comparison.

Sorry- just saw pinned post. 29 gallon tank. 4 mollies and 5 neon for tank mates. Established 1 year. Ammonia and nitrites, 0. Nitrates 10-20. I feed fluval spirulina flakes and new life spectrum flakes for everyone, after lights out alternate omega one catfish pellets and Hikari sinking wafers for the catfish (mollies are such pigs I don't trust they would get enough otherwise)
