Damaged tail Corydoras

Hello,
I have a little problem with my corydoras fry. Some have deformed tails which give them a slightly wobbly swim. In food they have different pellets, daphnia and mysis as well as homemade pâté.
I'm afraid it's maintenance. They were in a 60l (about 200 fry) and I just passed them through a 300l.
Did I act too late?
Or can it be solved with a small cocktail of vitamins and a little current to build them up?

Hi kiwidu21,

Sorry to see the bad tails. As far as cure, I don't know what to suggest, but I've had lots of baby corys, often raised in pretty high density (100 or more in a 38L tank) and I don't recall seeing any pattern of deformity. I suspect it's a water quality issue.

Good luck,
Eric

At the water level, I make sure not to exceed 10 mg / l in nitrates. Only the pH may be a little low (between 6.0 and 6.5). No ammonia or nitrite.

The ones I put in a bigger tank are starting to recover slowly. I hope that the recovery will be complete and that they will have no sequelae.
