Cory ID C. carlae?

Hello there!
I'm from Argentina, and I bought a group of wild-caught Corys, supposedly C. longipinnis. It's difficult to know where exactly they were caught, but the seller said they came from the Misiones province.
Long story short, it's been a year and they didn't grow in length nor developed any extended fins, so I began to wonder if they were really longipinnis. There are many other Corys in the so-called "paleatus complex" in that region. I think that C. carlae is the most similar, but what do you think?
