Corydoras diseases: blood trail

Hello,

I have a problem with a corydoras. I noticed the problem 2-3 years ago but it's really starting to get worse.
It started with just streaks of blood appearing (no blood loss). Since then, the traces have grown.
The corydoras eats as usual, no pruritus or unusual/abnormal behavior. It also seems to spawn at the same time as the others.

What disease is it? How can I help him?
He is the only one with these symptoms.

240 liter aquarium. pH: 7.2. NO2: 0. NO3: 10

There is something called "red blotch disease"(have major problems with my corydoras and stumbled across it, not what mine have though, and it looks similiar?). Just a guess.

that's exactly it. Apparently the only treatment would be the Seachem metroplex. I'm going to try.
Thanks for your help.
