Confirm Identity and recommend tank mates?

Hi There,

I was after some help regarding identifying the fish that I have and perhaps some small tank mates top or middle swimmers (assuming i do not have to many already yikes). can i just ask a few things;

What are they?, i was under the impression they stay relatively small (king tiger? leopard frog? flash? other?)
ideal temperature (its 25 degrees c at minute)
How long can I keep them in this set up
what best to feed them
is a power head recommended?
tank mates
equally if i have messed up getting four it would be good to know too so i can resolve early!

Welcome to Planetcatfish!

As to your plecos, they are a type of

Hypancistrus

, but because of their small size and the slightly blurry photos, I'm not sure of which species.

What name did the fish store have for them?

In general, 25C is okay but many species like it 1 or 2 degrees warmer. They are omnivorous and will appreciate a mix of algae wafers and something like shrimp pellets. See this:
