Hi all.

I have a sultan pleco that I've had a little difficulty with in terms of feeding, but I think I have that sorted. My second issue is caves, as what I currently have is square and he is regularly joined by keyhole Cichlids, so is getting the odd nip. I want to make sure my caves are the right side, and difficult for the keyholes to enter, so a semi circle shape. Is there a good place to buy Pleco caves in the UK, and what size is recommended.

Hi Ben,

I've only been to a few pet stores in the UK, but I can say Pier Aquatics has a large selection of caves, most if not all from Nature 2 Aqua (https://www.nature2aqua.de/). Maybe you can also order direct from the N2A?

Thank you! Pier is 350 miles away from me and they don't appear to have any on their website. I do need a trip up there at some point though as the shops in that area are supposed to be very good.

I've managed to come across a company that sell water filters, with a slightly odd side hustle of Pleco caves, so I'll grab a few sizes from them.
