There is a possibility that none of the names published in this journal since 2011 are available, since the names are not registered in ZooBank and the journal seems to be electronic only.

This same author has been publishing like this before and has named several species that are considered accepted. His publications seem almost self published (by his institution):

The names are accepted as available because no one has bothered to investigate thoroughly if they are Code-compliant. This is exactly the same situation as for Glyptothorax chavomensis until we confirmed that the name is not available.

I have been sent an image of the author with what appears to be physical copies of the "journal".
