I was told that this is a L-260 (Queen Arabesque ), but it does not look like any of the photos I have seen. Can someone let me know what this is? Also what does it normally eat and how big does it get? Is this male or female?

Aside from the black and white stripes, the body is darker and lighter in some areas.

It's a King Tiger, L066.

PS. You might want to think about cropping and resizing the images to make them more dialup-friendly.

Sorry, I wanted to keep the large photo so that it can be closely examined.

Sorry to doubt your knowlege, but I also have a King Tiger (aka Scribble Pl*co), which is I posted another thread for verification. Both of these (King Tiger & Queen Arabesque), which I have, do not look alike at all to be the same species. BTW, Would you be able to tell if this is male or female?

Your "King Tiger" is L333, I believe. I will defer the question of sex to people with more experience with this fish.

Hi!

Yes it is an Hypancistrus sp L66, I know it looks rather stange.
Here is one of my male, he looks pretty similar to yours...

We can likely talk about an Hypancistrus sp "L66" complex, either the species show great pattern variation, we are possibly dealing with several subspecies or species...
Cheers

The lines are far too narrow for L66 or L333. This is an adult female L260 IMO.
