S. euperus does fine on its own.
I think you may need to choose between a Lake Tanganyika (with a pH of about 7.8-8.2) and a riverine tank (with a pH of about 6.6-7.0). Although you could at a pinch keep all these fish together at a pH of about 7.5, none of them would be very happy. Since you already have the eupterus, may be a good idea to stick to riverine fish and keep your tank at a neutral pH.
Finally, if you really must get the C. frontosa, you need to be aware that this fish will require a 180 gallon tank in a few years.

I allready have 1 frontosa,1 euperus and 3 clown loaches.I have other fish in the tank but they will be gone by this weekend.I am aware of the size fronts get.Mine is only 2 inches.Eventually I will upgrade the tank. The ph is at 8.2

should I return the euperus along with the other fish and just stick to the petracolas?

Yes, I'd suggest choosing the lake or the river instead of trying to do both.
