Aquarium fish exporters in Singapore are bringing in the fish. Maybe they'll show up in an LFS near you.

Is the care and max size of this fish similar to Gagata? Or should we assume it's a brackish water fish by it's specific name? Thanks.

These are way smaller than Gagata, and are only 40-50 mm SL maximum. They arefound in lower (tidal) reaches of rivers, hence their name, but no one has kept any befoe, so husbandry conditions are unknown.
I presume that they can be kept in fresh water as there is an undescribed species that looks very similar found much further upriver.
