Yellow Spotted Plec Hmmmm

hi all could you have a look at this plec. a freind brought him and was told it was a yellow spotted plec, but im not convinced that is the proper name any help much appreciated

Picture although dark almost exactly matches L055 Peckoltia in old aqualog. Right down to the stripe by the eye!!

The fish has 13 dorsal fin-rays, not 7, so it's impossible it's a Peckoltia.

Not looking to argue but if you look at the picture I referred to it has around 13 rays? How many are peckoltias supposed to have?

From the Cat-eLog entry for L055:
"Aqualog shows a juvenile Glyptoperichthys gibbiceps." (the old Aqualog, not the new one).
Peckoltia, like almost all other loricariids, have only 7-8 dorsal-fin rays.
