180 gal stock and filter ?'s

I'm considering purchasing a 180gal tank (dimensions 72L x 24W x 25H) and am most likely going to stock it with the following:
(lengths are current sizes of the fish)
Loricariids:
15" G. gibbiceps
7" L. pardalis (chocolate version)
4" G. gibbiceps (albino version)
3" Glyptoperichthys scrophus
5" Ancistrus punctatus
Other cat:
7" Sorubim lima
Other:
5" Polypterus sengalus
3" Polypterus sengalus
Would the above stocking work out when all fish are at their max size? I'm not too worried about the bichirs since they seem to be growing at an impossibly slow rate but the cats can (and do!) grow quite fast.
I also have a 13 year old 13" L. pardalis that is living in a 75gal with a 10" oscar (that's his max size--he's deformed). Should I leave her in the 75 or put her in the 180 too? That 75gal currently resides at my parent's house, which I only get to every weekend or so (I live in the city). I have to say I horribly miss her
and my mom, who is burdened with feeding those two, doesn't feed her a quality diet like I would--she currently just has driftwood and gets algae tabs nightly ("You want me to boil what?"
says mom everytime I talk to her). That 75gal will be moving with me when I move to a larger apartment in summer of 2005 however.
That's it for stocking...now any recommendations on filters? The tank will have a substrate of playsand from Home Depot. Sorry for the long post!
