TSN??? S. lima? M tigrinus? P fasciatum? P. tigrinum? HELP!

Hi Erwin and everyone!

Last saturday I etend "Guardians of Catfish" meeting. (it's a Scandinavian ass.)
Now, I bought a bunch of L's and Corydoras to my empty 720-tank... I have a questnion about one of my new... Its about the TSN - is it a Sorubim lima, a Morodontotus tigrinus, a Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum or maybe a Pseudoplatystoma tigrinum :?: I ad a pic so you can see. The fish is around 14-15cm (6-7inch)... What do you think?
This is what I couldnt resist on the show (totaly 18 plastiv bags... :lol: )
  • 10st. C. delphax breed in Sweden.(bis)
  • 6st C. melini (bis)
  • 2st.L-18
  • 1st.L-27
  • 1st. L-102
  • 3st. L-114
  • 7st. L-270 (aprox 3cm. - verry qute!)
  • 3st. Rineloricaria fallax
  • 2st. Rineloricaria parva
  • 3st. Shovel nose

Looks like a P. tigrinum to me, though I could be wrong. It's definitely one of the Tiger Shovelnoses.

If it's in with the Bleeding hearts (as you seem to imply) they are living on borrowed time.

The bleeding hearts are adult and tsn just around 7" (13cm.) :P

A 7" TSN might still be tempted by a 3" fish. They feed sort of like a boa constrictor.
