It is not C. melanistius. Could be C34 but the picture is not good. do you have any better pictures

Well, this is 500l tank of my friend... So it is kind of hard to catch them, but if you say that this is not c.melanistius , i will try harder!!! :wink:
Fish is 4-5cm long...and my friend has bought it by the name of C.schwartzi, i told him that it looks like a c.melanistius...not the first time i am wrong :lol:

A very simple thing to remember with C. melanistius is they do NOT have any pigmentation in the caudal fin, (No bars)

They do look really much like C34, exept for the snout, that differs quite a bit to my eyes.

I must agree with Allan, these cory's are NOT C34, they do not have long snout...
I think they are the same as Allan posted...

Looking again and at the other pictures it is looking more likely that C. kanei is a possibility.
