Rhamdia, a few species of ictalurids (mostly Ictalurus), unusual freshwater ariids (Potamarius), some loricariines, and if you move towards the southern end of central America (e.g. in Panama), you get an increase in elements of the South American catfish fauna there (e.g. there'd be things like Ancistrus, Chaetostoma, Trachelyopterus).
Oh yes, there's also the Chiapas cat.

Didn't know there were any Loricariidae in C. America. What is the chiapas cat?
